Medical Director
Dr. Garry Clark D.O., A.C.O.F.P.
He has been the Medical Director at Multicare Health Clinic and Neuropathy Relief of Siouxland since 2001. Prior to that, he provided occupational medical services for Concentra Medical Centers in Texas and Keno Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He was associated with Grandview Medical Clinic at the Sergeant Bluff Clinic and St. Luke's Regional Center from 1989 to 1999. He has been in medical practice for over 30 years since graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Physical Therapy Director
Dr. Nichole Dybsetter, DPT
Nichole Dybsetter, DPT, is the head of the physical therapy department. Graduating from USD in 2014, she joined the MultiCare and Neuropathy Relief of Siouxland team in 2021. Nichole Dybsetter, DPT, grew up in Milbank SD and graduated high school in 2006. She then attended undergraduate school at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion where she received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology in 2011. Nichole then went on to graduate school at the University of South Dakota and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. She enjoys working with all ages and restoring patients to a pain free way of living. In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, golfing, exercising, and camping.

Clinic Director
Dr. Scott Sneller D.C.
A Siouxland native, Dr. Sneller has been in practice locally since 1997. Before that, Palmer College of Chiropractic had honored him as the Most Outstanding Graduate of his Doctorate of Chiropractic program in Davenport, Iowa.

Dr. Sneller had practiced at Sneller Chiropractic Health Center prior to Neuropathy Relief of Siouxland and acting as Clinic Director of Multicare Health Clinic. Recipient of the Community Involvement Award and past President of the Northwest District of Iowa, Dr. Sneller also serves as District Director for Iowa Chiropractic Society, and member of the Christian Chiropractors Association, American Academy of Pain Management, and the International Chiropractic Association. As a keynote speaker of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, Dr. Sneller continually strives to create the best combination of expertise with genuine results at restoring your health and guiding you in a most personalized approach to overall wellness.
